Tic Tac To Crown High School Honors 2012

Ace Musician Nana Kwaku Okyere Duah Known in Showbiz circles as Tic Tac who is arguably one of the most accomplished hip life acts to come from Africa has been headlined for the biggest youth event in Ghana, High School Honors, this time not as a performer on the night but the host.

The ‘Philomena’ crooner who took Ghana by storm in the late 90’s with his debut album seeks to bring to bare his presenting exploits, one part of him which is yet to be seen. An arduous task that seems on the low for Tic Tac. After picking up 11 Ghana Music Awards, being the first to get 2 nominations in the ‘Best Collaboration of the year ’ award at the GMA’s, Topping the music chart with ‘menkabio’ for 23 consecutive weeks, being the first African artiste to have an MTV ‘making the video’ shoot and being the first hip life artiste to collaborate with an international act, one would expect the ‘mmaa 4mula’ hit maker to concentrate on his career but this is what he had to say to that ‘the part of me that people are yet to see is my presenting abilities and i will deliver to the letter’.

Speaking on what to expect on the show, Tic Tac had this to say ‘tell them to keep their fingers crossed and expect a surprise on Wednesday, 27th June, 2012 and also tweeted that “@HSHGhana: Everybody is asking can @tictacgh #HOST this year’s edition of #HSH” Well just come n see for ur self. Suule waaaa!’ Nominees for the various award categories can be accessed on www.highschoolhonorsghana.com. Event organizers have outlined various power-packed activities to herald the biggest high school event in Ghana.
