Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia Congratules Sarkodie On BET Award

The ecstatic expressions by Ghanaians on Sarkodie’s BET Best International Act; Africa win never cease to end. Since 1^st July, 2012, the name Sarkodie has become a mantra in Ghana as the thought of a Twi rapper grabbing English dominated award still keeps many in wonder land.

Most Celebrities, fans and non fans alike, in and outside the country have showered romantic messages via Facebook, Twitter, text messages and all contacts of the Rapperholic (Sarkodie).

One name whose congratulatory message has become amazing is the two times running mate for New Patriotic Party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawmia. On his twitter page, the Vice-President to be wrote in clear words; “Congratulations to @sarkodie on winning the BET award. You’ve made all of Ghana proud with your achievement” This message was sent to the Tema based rapper on 6th July 2012 at 9:46pm.

Indeed Ghana is so much proud of such an extraordinare whose hard work is putting Ghana on the zenith of World Music.
