Sarkodie Wins BET Award With Twi Rap; Ties with Wizkid

It wasn’t obvious who the winner in the BEST INTERNATIONAL ACT; AFRICA will be since the nomination was out. All the contenders were strong holds in the Music Industry but many people had their own winners pointing to some laudable achievements by their idols.
From 5 Awards from Ghana Music Awards in 2010 through to 3 Awards in 2012, Sarkodie is one name which is invariably used intertwined with Ghana Music and GH Rap. He has climaxed why he is the best musician in the annals of Ghana Music by being the pioneer winner of BET Award from Ghana. This makes him over pace Kojo Antwi and D Black who had earlier on had nominations but came home empty handed.
Winning the award with Twi Rap makes him not only incredible but extraterrestrial and awesome. No wonder BET in their own words say this about Sarkodie “Sarkodie’s energetic flow will get adrenaline levels rising nonstop on the dance floor”.
Michael Owusu Addo (Sarkodie) had to share the award with Nigeria’s Wizkid since it was a tie win between the two. This makes them tower over Nigeria’s Iceprince, Kenya’s Camp Mulla, Mali’s Mokobe and South Africa’s Lira who were contenders in the category.
Ghana congratulates Sarkodie for raising the flag of Ghana higher than expected and www.233times.net gives out their heart to the Rapperholic (Sarkodie) for such an unassailable achievement. To Wizkid, congratulations for meandering your way through.

When dd that happend? Because I was watching the BET awards and didn’t see that part.
Please he received the award backstage together with Wizkid,Sway and other artists because of time contraints
