Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings disqualified by the EC from contesting in 2012 Elections

The Electoral Commission(EC) disqualified Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings of National Democratic Party(NDP) from contesting in the 2012 presidential elections
with the reason of not properly filling out the form and failure to submit on time.Moreover, Madam Akua Donkor was also disqualified from contesting.

Hitherto, only seven (7) political parties and an independent candidate are eligible to contest in the 2012 presidential elections.

Below is the lists of all eligible contestants of the 2012 presidential elections;
1. New Patriotic Party (NPP)
2. Progressive Peoples Party (PPP)
3. National Democratic Congress (NDC)
4. Convention Peoples Party (CPP)
5. Great Consolidated Popular Party (GCPP)
6. United Front Party (UFP)
7. People’s National Convention (PNC).
8. Jacob Osei (Independent Candidate)
