The maiden edition of Ghana’s hip hop reality show, ‘Next Big Thing in GH Hip Hop’ has finally sieved the participants and the 4 outstanding amongst them has been settled on. When the competition started on GH One Television, viewers were in conundrum in choosing a favourite, since all the ‘MCees’ were great deliverers.

This reporter and www.233times.net have followed the competition since the auditioning period and undisputedly, all the militant rappers have proven why they deserve to be crowned as the Next Big Thing in Ghana’s Hip Hop. The final 4; Teephlow, Strong man, Bebelino and Magnificent have indeed wrestled with the countless number of rappers who started the competition and deserve to be in the finals.

Undeniably, one name stands out when the next big thing in Gh Hip Hop hits the ear drum of anyone; TEEPHLOW. The Cape Coast resident, Lukman Baidoo known on stage as Teephlow, wins the attention of everyone anytime his name is mentioned by Kwame Farkye (the host). His great wordsmith and versatility has made appraisals from Judges of the competition a cliché to him every Sunday. In a survey done by www.233times.net to know who will win the competition by popular voices, Teephlow’s name was the mantra throughout. “This is rhetorical, Teephlow stands out as the best in the competition”, Fred said. “Teephlow is the Obvious winner in the next big thing in GH Hip Hop”, Spitfaya exclaimed.

In a chorus, ardent viewers of the ‘Next Big Thing In Gh Hip Hop’ prophecy Teephlow as the winner of the competition. www.233times.net has wide lens on the competition so readers will be updated as to who wins the competition.
