But all eyes were hardly on the pregnant star’s performance.

The attention was rather diverted to Kim’s fashion choice on the night.

The Keeping Up The Kardashians star, who is thought to be over three months pregnant, displayed her famous curves in a black peplum dress.

The attire barely contained Kim’s cleavage, with it’s low-cut and sheer neckline.

Kim teamed the ensemble with a pair of matching black stilettos and wore her glossy brown locks in a straight style.

She had her usual staple of make-up applied, consisting of smoky eyeshadow and a nude lip, and had her nails painted with a racy red polish.

Kim was having a ball as she mingled with friends and fans, but the pregnant star soon became tired.

The raven-haired socialite was seen letting out a little yawn as she sat on one of the cosy cream leather lounges.

Kim arrived on the Ivory Coast on Friday, looking the picture of happiness as she was mobbed by fans when she touched down in Abidjan.

Surrounded by a group of burly security guards, the petite brunette was presented with a stunning bouquet of flowers as she prepared to make her way out to a waiting car.

Kim looked effortlessly stylish upon her arrival, teaming a simple black ensemble with a chic stone-coloured belted mac while disguised her tiny baby bump.

Writing on her Twitter page, she said: ‘We out here Abidjan Côte d’Ivoire Thanks for everything Guyzo people!’

The pregnant reality star made sure to keep her followers updated with her every move, even while she was on her flight, tweeting a snap of her make-up free.

Alongside the candid picture, Kim wrote: ’11 hr flight….6 hrs to go!!! #nomakeup #nofilter.’

Meanwhile, Kim’s new reality show Kourtney & Kim Take Miami premieres on Sunday night.

And Kim recently revealed just how much drama she created during filming of the show, which took place last year.

During an interview with Us Weekly, she admitted that she got involved in everyone’s business, causing people to cry and even get into physical fights.

‘This season I really took a look back and I realized how much in everyone’s business I really was, and how nosy I was – to the point that I was causing people to get into…physical fights, crying, leaving, storming out…with the best intentions,’ she said.

‘Cause everyone was having issues and I was always trying to bring people together or just make it better.’

Kourtney also agreed that Kim tended to stir the pot, admitting: ‘Kim was a drama causer.’
