Blue Ivy, Beyonce & Jay-Z in Paris, France

While stars like Tori Spelling invite photographers to their kids’ birthday parties, Beyonce andJay-Z have been notoriously private with Blue Ivy.

So far we’ve only see a couple photos of her out in public, plus a few cute shots of her in her mama’s HBO documentary.

But today, we finally got another look at their adorable baby girl!

The couple was spotted today in Paris, France, where a bare-faced Bey was seen holding the one-year-old girl — who was sporting a “Pump Up the Volume” t-shirt.

Doesn’t lil Blue look like the perfect blend of her famous parents?
