It was tears of joy for Sarkodie’s mum at Sark Collection launch

What is more fulfilling than seeing your progeny become a verb on the lips of everybody? Anytime anyone describes music in your community, it is your son’s name that prefixes it. Such an excellent feeling you wake up to daily. That is the feeling that runs through the veins of Sarkodie’s mother daily.

It was all laughter for Sarkodie’s mother throughout the launch of Sark Collection yesterday at Aphrodisiac Night Club.

The Sark Collections by Yas was the carpe diem of yesterday as Ghanaian Celebrities inundated the Night Club to support their colleague. Names like Sandra Ankobea, FOKN Bois, Efya, 4X4, KOD, among others gave their unflinching support to the BET winner.

One person whose presence caught the attention of www.233times.net is Aunty Emma,  mother of the name of the night, Michael Kwesi Owusu Addo better known in his profession as Sarkodie.

Throughout the event, www.233times.net read Aunty Emma’s mood via her emotional expressions. Not a second did she even blink to any endeavour on stage. She eagle eyed the models, performances and presentations.

If this Reporter would be right, in all the proceedings of the event, the staunch Christian Fante mother reechoed, “Ewurade medawaasi” translated in English “Thank you God”

All family affair, Sarkodie’s sisters and brother joined their successful brother to cloth Ghanaians.

Indeed, if this Reporter uses any word to describe her joyous mood, he will be an amateur since no word on earth best described her deepest gratitude to God.
