Ghanaian Artistes who perform for Ghanaian Communities in US and UK are not Int’l Artistes- PATRICE AMEGASHIE

patriceCo-host of THIS MORNING on Viasat PATRICE AMEGASHIE spilled the beans as clean as it could be when he declared Ghanaian Artistes who just perform for Ghanaian communities in the US and Britain and think themselves of International Artiste are just living a dream of wish.

According to him the status of International Artiste has more to it than just performing for your own people who just happened to find themselves in another country.

When asked whether he would love to manage a Ghanaian Artiste he answered with a strong No!, citing that most Ghanaian Artistes do what pleases them even if they have a Manager.

To him, he cannot afford such stress from them. He mentioned KOD being the best person to talk about Artiste Management and was sharp to add that KOD had indeed managed some Artistes who later grew wings and flew away. To him “he won’t go down that road”

Patrice has indeed come a long way in the Showbiz Industry of this country; from Radio Gold to Viasat 1’s ‘This Morning’ Show so for him to make such a statement is laudable.

“Get to International recognition before claiming to be an International Artiste.” Well said Patrice.
