“I will give the best performance of my life at Ghana Meets Naija” Wizkid

Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun who flirts with the microphone as Wizkid is the new name added to the international musical event, ‘Ghana Meet Naija’. The event which has come to stay and on the schedule of every music lover’s calendar is scheduled to come off 29^th June, 2013.

Addressing the press at the plush Holiday Inn, Wizkid assured fans of spectacular performance during that night. The Nigerian BET Award winner who missed the stage of the event last year due to conflicting date with the Black Entertainment TV (BET) Awards of which he won with Ghana’s Sarkodie told the press “I will give the best performance of my life at Ghana meet Naija this year”

The man of few words, Wizkid who spoke for less than 2 minutes showed appreciation to the Ghanaian fans and media for their unflinching support since day one. To him, he does not represent Nigeria or Ghana out there but the African continent as a whole so he is grateful for the support from the continent.

The 22 year singer, Wizkid joins R2bees, Timaya, Burna Boy, Samini, Edem, Okyeame Kwame, Dobble & Dr. Slim, Raquel, D Black, among others to thrill fans to amazing performances that night.

In your reminders, put down ’Ghana meets Naija, 29^th June’ and witness 20 men who will fall that day when they cross Wizkid’s lane.
