R2Bees to be the first Africans to receive BET Award on stage?

images (6)Information gathered by www.233times.net has it that, the organizers of the Black Entertainment TV (BET) Awards have reviewed the presentation of the Best International Act (Africa) which is mostly presented backstage.

This is due to barrage attacks on the Organisers from the Media in Africa finding the presentation disrespectful to Africans. One reason gathered by this Reporter for such presentation was time factor. This many people think is not convincing enough.

According to DJ 619, a Disc Jockey in Los Angeles, the Organisers have had serious discussion on this subject and have settled on the fact that the Award should be received on stage like the Jay Z’s and Chris Brown’s receive.

According to intelligent report gathered by www.233times.net , R2Bees stand a high chance of winning the Best International Act ; Africa. This if it’s anything to go by will make the duo the first Africans to receive the award on stage.

Ghanaians are encouraged to aggressively tweet at BET via the handle @bet on Twitter to boost the chances of Ghana’s representative, R2Bees.

The show is scheduled tomorrow at the Nokia Centre in Los Angeles and R2Bees battles  2Face Idibia (Nigeria), Toya Delazy (South Africa), Donald (South Africa), Ice Prince (Nigeria), and Radio and Weasel (Uganda) for the Best International Act; Africa.
