Consistently feeding the world with good music, S.K. Originale since his afloat on the musical stream been marked as one of the greatest talents in Ghana when good music flashes the minds of people.
Born Sokpo Kwaku Mawuli, S.K Originale, the alumnus of Saint Augustin D’Armoutieve Junior High School in Togo is known for his unique style in his Twi-English-French cocktail songs. “S.K is now blending more English in his songs because of the European market target. After successfully creeping into the ears of people across Africa of which his song is on rotation in the Big Brother Africa House, on Trace TV among others, we have now targeted the European market that is why fans hear more of English in his songs” Yaw Agbey-Lawson, the Manager of the Talent explained.
A week today, 23rd August, a day after his birthday, the world will be treated to another master piece from S.K Orginale. Produced by the duo Sound Engineers extraordinaire, Cash 2 n Ray, the song, ‘Famame’ is as usual a cocktail song with English and Twi and an introduction in French. This follows ‘Ca Va Aller’ich which was released on 5th October last year.
Amazingly, S.K Originale ends the song with a controversial acclamation “Francophone thing, na the whole Ghana, good Music na the whole Ghana”. Eaves dropping on the song in the Globewaves Studio, this Reporter expressed so much confidence in the song taking over the hit ones in the country when released.
