“This government is ready to work for you, it is ready to work for all Ghanaians” Prez Mahama

430.270.1.1507202President John Mahama has appealed to Ghanaians to “focus on building the nation after the Supreme Court’s verdict”

According to him, “with the court case over and the verdict announced, Ghanaians can now put the problem behind and turn their full attention back to building the nation.”

The Supreme Court on Thursday confirmed President John Dramani Mahama as the “validly elected” President of Ghana and the winner of the 2012 presidential elections.

Giving his first address after the Supreme Court ruling,he said that “in the last seven months, there have been issues of labour, energy, economy, education and health….we will continue to face a fair share of challenges.

“Over the coming years, we will continue to face a fair share of challenges. There are various reforms that have to take place and bold decisions that have to be made and I assure you that I am prepared and committed to making those decisions and to ensure that those reforms are implemented” the President said.
