Each member of the 25-man squad of the Egypt national team for the 2014 World Cup playoffs against Ghana would pocket a little over $43,500 (300,000 EGP) if they achieve the country’s long awaited dream of a World Cup berth for the first time since 1990, Footy-ghana.com has reported.
According to the report, Egypt 25-man squad would be rewarded a total of $1,088,175 (7.5 million Egyptian pounds) while manager Bob Bradley and assistant Samir Adli get 200% of the value of their monthly salary in addition to 150% for the rest of the coaching staff should the Pharaohs edge the Black Stars for the ticket to Brazil next summer..
This comes after Ghana promised the Black Stars a winning bonus of $15,000 if they beat Egypt in the Tuesday’s play-off in Kumasi.
