These are the highlights of the 2014 ‘Ghana Abr3’ Budget which was presented in Parliament today by the Finance Minister, Seth Tekper. Two shocking revelations from the budget are the 10% pay cut of President, Vice President and Ministers of State, VAT rate which is now 15% among others.
