The last line of defense is undergoing strenuous exercises with Black Stars goalkeeper’s trainer Nassam Yakubu as he hopes for his debut game with Orlando Pirates
Ghana’s first-choice goalkeeper Fatau Dauda has hired a personal goalkeeper’s trainer to help him stay active.
The former Ashgold shot-stopper is yet to earn his debut with Orlando Pirates since joining them last summer and that has put his spot with the Black Stars in jeopardy ahead of the 2014 World Cup.
The keeper has hired Black Stars trainer Nassam Yakubu to improve him even as the South African top flight remains on break.
According to the Ghana FA website, the 28-year-old has been undergoing strenuous exercises with the Ghana trainer in Accra ahead of Pirates’ return from their Christmas and New Year break on January 6.
