I am happy at Olympic Marseille – Dede Ayew

imagesGhana international Andre Ayew has affirmed that he is happy at Olympic Marseille, despite interest from clubs such as Inter Milan, Napoli, Arsenal, Liverpool and Newcastle.

Ayew broke his silence that he will be leaving the Stade Velodrome for greener pastures elsewhere in Europe.

“I am happy here,” Ayew told Provence. “It is true that in June there will be a year on my contract. If the leaders want to offer me something, we’ll see.”

“I can only think about just today. I cannot think about the next season, my future is today.”

Ayew who be representing Ghana at the World Cup in June has also been tipped as the next skipper of Marseille.

He is the club’s third highest paid player after Pierre-Andre Gignac and Mathieu Valbuena, and is valued at 20 million Euros.
