download (5)Awudu Ibrahim, a motor bicycle repairer who robbed an estate developer at gun point at Nnai Dzorn in Accra, on Monday appeared before an Accra Circuit Court.

Ibrahim, charged with robbery, pleaded not guilty and said he went there to steal the complainant Mr. Richard Aryee’s gas cylinder.

DSP Morkeh said the complainant shouted for help and his brothers who were around the neighbourhood came out with their guns and shot at the robbers who escaped through the kitchen window.

Ibrahim was hit in the buttocks.
