Black Stars head coach Kwesi Appiah says his composure is the secret to having his way to execute the job.
The 53 year old named his 26-man provisional World Cup squad on Monday, in what was largely greeted with respect for its independent nature.
“I have set my boundaries, so they know the limit they can go,” the Black Stars coach told Nhyira fm.
Appiah did not call up the experienced duo of John Mensah and Isaac Vorsah, as well as Anthony Annan.
“Although one or two people can serve as obstacles, none of them will be held responsible when things don’t go well, so I mostly make my interest supreme.”
“Because I compose myself, the Ghana FA treats me well by avoiding any kind of interference in my job.”
“God gave this job to me, but through man, so I know he will always guide me, Kwesi Appiah said.
The Ghana coach is one of only two Africans who will be in the dugout in Brazil among the 32 coaches to be there – the other being Nigeria’s Stephen Keshi.
