Richmond Boakye-Yiadom’s next employers will be decided at a meeting between Juventus and Genoa on Thursday.
The player, who is co-owned by the two clubs, was on loan to Elche in the Spanish Primera Liga last season and it is certain he will be in Italy for next season but the club he will play for is still unknown.
According to reports coming from Italy, the two teams have been in talks but no fee has been agreed yet and the stalemate could be decided by “going to the envelopes”; a situation that will see both Juventus and Genoa will both enter a bid unknown to either side and the one with higher bid wins the player.
Boakye-Yiadom did not make Ghana’s 26-man provisional squad after making 31 appearances and scoring 6 goals for Elche.
