Vodafone boss is my wife not my girlfriend – Captain Planet (4X4)

2237065369573_6356790231954Captain Planet, leader of music trio, 4×4, even before hitting the alter with Uche Ofodile, former Chief Marketing Officer of Vodafone Ghana has stressed that she is not just his girlfriend but his wife.

Captain Planet, born Jeff Sylvanus Dodji, says both families are fully aware of that

The rapper, last year proposed to the bubbly corporate executive after dating her for about two years.

Captain Planet, after the proposal, told Myjoyonline.com last year that “it was her birthday so I wanted to surprise her. I proposed to her with a white gold and diamond ring which is very expensive so you can imagine what the engagement ring will be like.”

Answering a question on the impact of Uche’s resignation from Vodafone and picking up a new appointment in South Africa on their relationship in an interview with Myjoyonline.com, the rapper said the move will not affect their strong bond in any way.

“How does her moving to a new job affect our relationship? Her moving to another job has nothing to do with our relationship,” he stated.

“She will just be going and coming to Ghana all the time so you will still be seeing Uche in Ghana,” Captain Planet explained.

According to him, their love is firmly rooted and Uche “is my wife and both families are aware [that] she is my wife and not a girlfriend.”

“She is my engaged and wedded-wife-to-be and not my girlfriend,” Captain Planet, who said they will be getting married this year, stressed.
