Whitney Houston’s Former Drummer Guilty of Gas Theft

Steve Tate – who was known in the music world as Steve Washington – filled his Jaguar with fuel at a garage in England and drove away without paying.
He pleaded guilty to the theft at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court in Kent and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to repay the £86.86 he stole.
Tate, 52, was released from prison in 2012 after serving a four-year sentence for robbing a bank.
