While impotence is a physical condition that may require medical treatment to achieve a cure, there are five simple steps that you can take to naturally avoid occurence of impotence and enjoy a healthy lifestyle at the same time.

Relax

To avoid impotence, it is vital that you relax, because you require some stimulation to prepare for intercourse. Don’t rush it. This is not to say you are impotent. It might take you a few minutes to achieve an Attention, this is acceptable.

Drugs

The side effects of some medications could cause impotence in men. There are over 150 drugs, according to doctors, that have been identified as having components which could potentially cause impotence. The OTC drugs are not excluded. You are advised to always speak to your doctor or pharmacist about any drugs you are taking and the possibility of intimate side effects. A change in the medication could just be the prescription you need, under the supervision of your doctor.

Alcohol

Because alcohol is a central nervous system depressant, it creates a state of temporary inhibition, which is the direct opposite to arousal, that you need to achieve an Attention. So you should avoid heavy alcohol intake and impotence will be far away from you.

Cigarette

Cigarette smoking is generally hazardous to your health. Nicotine, which is contained in cigarettes, narrows the blood vessels causing a reduction in blood flow to the privates. Of course, an Attention occurs when blood flows to the vessels and muscles of the privates. When the vessels are narrow, less blood will be pumped to achieve your Attention. So remember, to prevent impotence, avoid cigarette smoking due to its nicotine content.

Some health complications which may cause impotence, can be avoided by keeping to a healthy lifestyle, through good eating habits and regular exercises. Unhealthy diet and lack of exercise should be avoided and impotence will not occur. A good diet plan and regular exercises can help you promote weight loss and improve your body image and self esteem. You will feel better about yourself and be more confident to boost your intimate performance.
