Gay doctor remanded (PHOTO)

64428753_971545The Medical Doctor alleged to have sodomized a 16-year-old boy has been remanded in prison custody till November 7, 2014. An Accra Circuit Court ordered his remand for further investigations into the case.

The victim reportedly met Ali Gabass on Facebook.

They are said to have chatted online and communicated on phone for a while.

During the month of October 2013, the suspect arranged and met the victim at the Kasoa Market area where he forcibly had sex with him in his car infront of Kasoa HFC Bank.

On December 28, 2014, the suspect again met the victim had  sex with him.

The Police report indicates that the suspect offered the victim a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and cash of GHC 20.00 which the victim allegedly turned down but the suspect insists that he took it.

Facts from Police report

In March and April 2014 respectively, the suspect lured the victim to his house at Alajo in Accra and again had sex with him. After the fifth incident, the victim started experiencing excruciating pains and asked the suspect to give him money to go to the hospital but he refused.

The victim’s condition became worse and he informed the suspect who advised him to go to the hospital.

In August 2013, the victim’s condition became so critical that he was sent to Ahmadiyya Mission Hospital Agona Swedru where he was later referred to Korle Bu Teaching Hospital for further treatment.

The suspect was informed of the development and he sent GH 800.000 through the elder brother of the victim to cater for the medical expenses.

On 21st September the victim was admitted at the Korle Bu surgical ward where anal fistula and anal rectal abscess surgical operation was performed on him.

While receiving treatment he mentioned the suspect’s name as the one responsible for the complications.

The suspect admitted having known the victim but denied having unnatural carnal knowledge of him.
