Ama Boahemaa is a fraudster – Nkosuohene

IMG-20141112-WA0026Last week was one heck of a moment for Ghanaian gospel musician, Ama Boahema, as her change in skin colour photos went viral on social media. The “Bue Kwan Ma Me” hit maker received loads of backlashes from Ghanaians, accusing her of bleaching.  The situation even got worse when she reacted that the change of her skin colour is due to excessive milk intake.

When the ‘Awurade Wo Ba Eko’ crooner couldn’t take the backlashes anymore, she threatened to sue anyone who uploads the photo, and the Germany-based journalist (Nkosuohene) who interviewed her in Germany. Ama accused him of editing and uploading on social media her “before and after photos” for cheap publicity.

However, Francis Frimpong-Manson, a.k.a Nkosuohene has reacted to Ama Boahemaa’s accusations, indicating that he has nothing to do with that edited picture circulating on social media.

In an interview with Feeling Daddy on the Penpenaa Show on Spice 91.9FM in Takoradi, Nnkosuohene in Germany revealed that Ama Boahemaa is the least of the celebrities he has ever interviewed, so there is no way he will crave for popularity through her.

According to the Ghanaian Germany-based radio presenter, he finally had an interview with Ama Boahemaa after series of pressure from her management, took pictures with her and asked for her permission before uploading the photos on Facebook. But unfortunately, someone edited the photos, trimmed him, attached her old photo and shared. He however sent the original photos to Feeling Daddy via WhatsApp as evidence.

Francis also expressed disappointment in the Ghanaian gospel musician.

“I don’t have any issue with Ama Boahemaa, but I am surprised she told lies to Captain Smart on Adom FM that I want to become popular through her, and, I have been pestering her for an interview for about two years. I had wanted to ask her how old she was in Germany last two years. You came to Germany to give birth. Look….there are so many issues about Ama Boahemaa which I don’t even want to talk about”. He said.

Nkosuo revealed again that Ama Boahemaa is a fraudster.

“You can book a show appointment with Ama Boahemaa; pay her, but she will never show up at the event. That’s how she is. She has been doing this to some people in Germany, France and so on. I can give you these people’s contact numbers, and trust me, they won’t hesitate to speak. She even defrauded Stacey of TV3. You can call Stacey’s mother in Ghana and ask her what Ama Boahemaa did to her. But it’s her private matter, so I don’t care. You understand? When this issue came up, we were all trying to cover things up, but if you try to embarrass me publicly, I won’t allow. How could you say I want to take advantage of you to become popular? I didn’t even take advantage of Sarkodie, Bisa Kdei, Lin win and the likes to become popular when I hosted them. There is no way Ama Boahemaa can make me popular because I have already made the fame. ” He disclosed in rage.

He therefore advised people to be grateful when someone tries to help them because ungratefulness is very painful.
