Shatta Wale assaulting boutique Owner: I don’t see anything wrong with it – Artiste

BoPHjaZIIAAxwfkShatta Wale on 26th October, 2014 brutally assaulted a boutique owner whose name was given as Rashid Abu after the boutique owner demanded GHc150 owed him. According to Abu, Shatta Wale together with macho men and Bulldog (Shatta Wale’s Manager) picked him up and assaulted him at his East Legon residence.

Last Saturday on OC Showbiz Review on Skyy Power 93.5 FM in Takoradi, the issue about Shatta Wale assaulting Rashid was probed. Rashid was interviewed on the show to detail listeners on it. Fast rising Artiste, PH1, real name Fredrick Essuman who was a guest Artiste on the show added his voice to the story.

According to him (PH1), he doesn’t see anything wrong with Shatta Wale assaulting the boutique owner. Appearing shocked, Nana Kwame the Master Planned further asked him why and he added that, “we should find out from Shatta Wale and his manager why they did that before we could say what they did was bad or not. Until we find out from the camp of Shatta, it would be difficult to say what he did was wrong.”

The confident ‘give me your number’ and ‘Tadi girls’ crooner, PH1 said there is more to the story than what Rashid said. In his own words “there is no smoke without fire” so I don’t blame Shatta Wale and won’t be quick to say what he did was wrong.”

PH1 revealed that, he strongly believes Shatta Wale’s mischievousness is his brand and just like in America where celebrities even go to the extent of stealing from boutiques to be in the news, he is sure Shatta Wale ‘stubbornness’ is a way of branding himself.
