Referee Coulibaly will be assisted on the lines by Jean Claud of Burundi and Hassan Egue of Djibouti.
Joachim Esono from Equatorial Guinea will be the fourth referee.

Malian referee Koman Coulibaly has been appointed by the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) as the middle man in the second Group C game , which is between Ghana and Algeria at the Estadio De Mongomo today, Friday, January 23.
