Black Stars Coach Avram Grant has dropped defenders Samuel Inkoom, midfielders Ibrahim Moro and Kwabena Adusei, who were part of the provisional squad.
The coach has also been forced to drop England based Jeffrey Schlupp because of injury.Grant has also given Norway based striker Mahatma Otoo a late call-up because Abdul Majeed Waris could also not recover from his injury.
The team which is dominated by foreign based players, also has quite a number of new and young faces like Baba Rahman, Daniel Amartey, Frank Acheampong, David Accam and Kwesi Appiah who will all be making their debut at the tournament.
The regulars are Captain Asamoah Gyan, Andre Ayew, Jonathan Mensah, Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu and Mubarak Wakaso.
Ghana is drawn in Group C alongside South Africa, Senegal and Algeria.
