IMG_3979-620x330 IMG_3958A young man was on Wednesday burnt to death at Petroleum down, a suburb of Dansoman in Accra for attempting to steal someone’s wallet.

An eyewitness told Citi News, “they were actually two in number who attempted stealing from a man’s residence as he was having his bath.’’

The eyewitness added that the man came out of his bathhouse and saw the two in his parlor, raised an alarm, which caught the attention of neighbours.

According to him, “the man whose age I can’t tell was lynched by the residents and lit up while the other escaped.”

Meanwhile, the police have conveyed the corpse to the hospital.

It is not immediately known if the deceased is a resident in Dansoman or not.
