SEKONDI: Father arrested for bonking his 8-year-old daughter

A 32 year old Tailor has been arrested by the police for repeatedly defiling his own daughter at Bakado, a suburb of Sekondi in the Western Region.

The Suspect, popularly known as Paa Tailor by the residents was arrested by personnel from the Western Regional DOVVSU at his residence on Sunday, January, 25, 2015.

He has since admitted the offence and will be arraigned before court on today, Tuesday, January, 26.

An impeccable source reveals to www.233times.net the victim, 8, and a class 2 pupil ( name withheld) , has been living with his father (i.e the accused) because of a separated marriage.

The source reveals it was due to the continual sexual assault on her by the father that forced the child to confide in some neighbours who in turn alerted the police.
