The ex-Chelsea midfielder says the “mood in the dressing room is good” despite the crisis the Rossoneri are going through
Ghana international Michael Essien concedes AC Milan are going through tough times, but all will be over soon.
Essien is asking the fans of the Rossoneri to remain calm as the struggling Serie A side try to find solutions to their dip in form.
In spite of the crisis, the former Chelsea star said all is well in the dressing room.
“We are going through a difficult time, we have to stick together and try to change the situation,” Essien told Milan Channel.
“The mood in the dressing room is good and we are trying to do our best. These occasions occur in football, we must not let our heads drop, instead we keep going heads-on.”
He added: “We have the quality to get out of this crisis, we are working hard to improve.”
