Prez. Mahama presented State of the Nation Address like a serial caller – MP

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Effia constituency, Hon. Joseph Cudjoe has labelled the State of Nation address presented by President John Dramani Mahama as though it was being presented by a serial caller.
Hon. Cudjoe speaking to Philip Osei Bonsu on Skyy Power FM said there was no high point in the President’s presentation. “All he did was to list projects. It is like a child who is complaining of hunger to the father and the father tells the child let us plant this cassava and when it is time to harvest we will eat.”
The MP mentioned that, the President should have addressed issues of ‘dumsor,’ economic hardship and other unbearable situations in the country. “He (President Mahama) is always speaking like a con man. He is always giving promises and hopes. Everyday hope, everyday hope” the MP stated.
In Hon. Cudjoe’s view, the state of the nation address presented by President Mahama is not the true state of Ghana.
President Mahama presented the state of the nation address today in the parliament of Ghana.
