Castro’s fans attack organizers of Ghana Music Awards

Castro6-653x400On social media, there have been scads of attacks from Castro’s fans on the organizers of Ghana Music Awards, Charter House for being unfair in their nominations, especially in the Artiste of the year category.

Social media freaks who are sympathizers of Castro are calling on Charter House to review the Artiste of the year category and add Castro. In 2014, aside being the most talked about Artiste for mysteriously disappearing, most of the songs which were national hits and were nominated in this year’s awards has Castro on it; ‘D-Black – Personal Person,’  ‘Sarkodie – Adonai,’ ‘Seihor,’ ‘Akoo Nana – Woyada me’ among countless songs.

The debate was raised on Facebook by Publicist of Castro, Prince Jaidy Derby where many people expressed diverse views. It is unclear what qualifies one to be nominated in the various categories. Charter House as a matter of urgency should spell out via their website what qualifies an Artiste to be nominated.

Castro should be considered for posthumous award, many posit.
