Cape Coast South’s Alfred Thompson interacts with media after vetting

11188357_10204067291270277_2723521097945217835_nResponding to the media after vetting following the pressure from nooks and crannies of the party faithfuls at the grassroot, New Patriotic Party (NPP)’s parliamentary candidate for Cape Coast South, Hon. Alfred George Thompson has finally acceded to the clarion call to put himself up for the 2016 parliamentary elections.

Speaking to the media at the regional party office he reiterated that he has resigned his banking profession since party politics can not be done as a part time business. He again reiterated his unflinching commitment to working assiduously to wrestle political from the non-performing incumbent NDC candidate.

He however, advised his followers to campaign on a broad based issues devoid of vitriolic and vituperative attacks, casting insinuations and aspersions on other candidates, since that has the tenacity of sowing seeds of discords and animosity.

He finally congratulated the gathering and assured them victory beyond June 13 and stated unequivocally that “POWER IS COMING.”
