Kweku Baako, Editor-in-Chief of New Crusading Guide, has described Ex-President Rawlings as a “licensed irritant” who needs healing.
Speaking on Kokrokoo on Peace FM, Kweku Baako bemoaned the recent remarks by Ex-President Rawlings.
He called on him to undergo “self-introspection” and “self-healing” to cure his apparent mischief.
Ex-President Rawlings stirred up controversy on the political climate with his recent remarks that President John Dramani Mahama won the 2012 elections on his own merit without him (Rawlings) playing any significant role.
He further disclosed that “eighty per cent of the national executives couldn’t campaign without following him” because of “credibility” issues.
The former president also stirred up a hornet’s nest when he stated that the ” NDC would have lost terribly had God not called the Prof“
But the Senior Journalist described Mr. Rawlings’ statement as “culturally distasteful and insensitive.”
“He needs self-introspection. He needs self-healing. He must heal himself…He should go under process of somber reflection and know that he can communicate the things he wants to say without the way he goes about it and the kind of things he says,” Kweku Baako said.
