The Management of the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital in Sekondi will do a mass burial for corpses that have been in the Hospital’s morgue for a long time without being claimed by any relative.
The bodies, about 36, some of which have been in the morgue for more than 7 years have caused congestion in the morgue denying the facility of the badly needed revenue.
Mr Ayisi, the supervisor of the Morgue tells www.233times.net many of such bodies are believed to be victims of motor accidents.
The mass burial will be done on Tuesday, June 2 at 10am.
