President John Dramani Mahama has urged Muslims to pray for peace and prosperity in Ghana as they begin this year’s Ramadan month of fasting.While wishing Muslims a blessed “Ramadan Kareem”, the President also urged them to use the holy month to purify their hearts and detoxify their bodies, with the view to drawing closer to Almighty Allah.
President Mahama also encouraged Ghanaians to lend support to Muslims in their communities to enable them to fulfill the requirements of the month of Ramadan.
