GH¢25,000 bribe too small for Ekow Micah – Gyan sex girl speaks

Ekwo-Micah1-480x400Sarah Kwablah, the mystery lady at the centre of what has become known as the ‘Asamoah Gyan Sex Tape Saga’, has finally spoken to the media after six months of playing ‘catch me if you can’.

According to Sarah, the arrested reggae musician Ekow Micah and Osarfo Anthony, the deputy editor for Razz, could not have conspired to extort money from the camp of Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan, insisting that they were rather victims of a set up by the Gyan camp.

“I will be shocked if Ekow Micah really planned that because of GH¢25,000. I would believe the story somehow if the amount in question is GH¢ 1 million, but GH¢25,000 is too small for a musician of his kind; and why should Osarfo even attempt to take money in the first place? I thought his enthusiasm came from a passion for the truth with regard to his job,” Sarah was quoted to have stated in the exclusive interview she granted the Razz entertainment newspaper.

The paper reported further that Sarah Kwablah “strongly believes that everything going on with Osarfo and Ekow is a trap that was well set by Samuel Anim Addo, the manager for Asamoah Gyan.”

Her identity has been challenged, resulting in a legal suit. Perhaps that explains why the Razz exclusive publication did not come with Sarah’s photo(s).

Ekow Micah was invited by the police to help in ongoing investigations into a blackmail and extortion complaint filed by Asamoah Gyan’s manager against Osarfo Anthony, who is alleged to have demanded an amount of GH¢25,000 from the Gyan camp so he kills further negative publications on the Black Stars captain.

The paper also quoted Sarah Kwablah to have said she was not avoiding the police and that she had not been officially invited to any police station to help in the ongoing investigations into the extortion complaint.

Sarah’s claim that she had not been invited by the police contradicts an earlier statement from the Airport District Commander, Superintendent Yao Tetegah, that Ms Kwablah was invited to report last Thursday but two men, who claimed to be her lawyers, said she was not available.

“The police will give her ample time to report herself but if she refuses to do so, we would have no other option than to go to court to secure a warrant for her arrest,” the commander had averred.

Sarah Kwablah also told Razz she had remained silent over the months because her lawyers had advised her to remain mute. She however did not say why she changed her mind and went public this time.

Sarah was reported by Razz to have said that when her post sex feud with Asamoah Gyan became a public issue, she contacted Ekow Micah for advice and Ekow suggested the involvement of Osarfo Anthony, who was supposed to help with publications of her ordeal.

“All along, I had already given Ekow one tape to listen to a conversation between me and Asamoah Gyan in order for him to believe my story; so when he recorded me, he added the two tapes that have I and Asamoah Gyan and gave them to Osarfo without my consent,” Sarah was quoted in the report.

Meanwhile, NEWS-ONE has listened to audio recordings that captured what was said to be voices of Osarfo Anthony, Ekow Micah and Sarah Kwablah discussing how to contact the Gyans with the story and how much money should be charged.

The paper has also seen what was said to be the copy of an undertaking signed by Osarfo Anthony stating that he would kill the Sarah Kwablah story if he was paid the GH¢25,000.

The extortion attempt was also said to have been secretly recorded on video and Osarfo was apprehended by Police CID officers while in the middle of taking the money from the Gyan camp.
