How UK’s Sun newspaper reported Jordan Ayew’s affair with Amanda

An audio tape leaked onto the internet, in which Ghana midfielder Afriyie Acquah’s wife, Amanda Acquah admits to infidelity dominated UK broadsheets on Thursday.


Media across UK have increasingly focused thier attention on the story which revelaled the Aston Villa striker Jordan Ayew had a four year affair with Afriyie Acquah’s wife, Amanda.

Torino midfielder Afriyie Acquah has played alongside the Villa new boy in the Ghana national team since 2012, but a leaked audio tape that is purported to be from Acquah’s wife Amanda, has her admitting the transgression.

The Sun reported with the headline: RATS ‘N VILLA – Prem Striker was bedding wife of team-mate for four years, claim tape

Online news portal mirror.co.uk, also captioned the story: Aston Villa striker Jordan Ayew ‘had four-year affair’ with Ghana team-mate’s wife

Daily star.co.uk also has the story with the headline: Aston Villa new boy Jordan Ayew bedded teammate’s wife for four years, leaked tape claims

Ayew joined Aston Villa from French side Lorient in July in an £8million deal, penning a five-year contract.

According to The Sun a Villa spokesman said Ayew was aware of the claims, but refused to comment.
