Joe Mensah, New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary hopeful for Kwesimintsim Constituency has withdrawn the injunction suit on the primaries and replaced it with another suit; rite of sermon seeking perpetual injunction.

Speaking to Omanbapa Kofi Amoah on Skyy Power FM’s Jolly Breakfast Show (JBS) this morning, Joe Mensah maintained that, he is prepared to fight to the end of the case, stating that, “I want the truth to come out.”

Joe Mensah, the plaintiff in the case has served Kwesimintsim NPP, Electoral Commission, Regional Police Commander and Regional NPP. He said on the JBS that, he is fighting this for posterity since someone wants to own the constituency.

“The truth should be told. I will not leave the court any soon, even if it should end up in the Supreme Court. The truth is, I want everyone to know that I am a genuine member of the NPP”

“If I hadn’t put the injunction on the first election, it would have been held without me” Joe Mensah said.

More soon….
