The Saturday morning of 2nd August 2015 will go into history as one of the remarkable moments in the annals of the National Health Students Association of Ghana.
The Face of NAHSAG Pageant was coined to select an ambassador to champion a course on behalf of the national association. This saw the debut event take place at the Akuafo Hall of the University of Ghana and Miss Wendy Konadu emerging winner.
The contestant beat all odds and sailed to the top to win the much coveted crown.
Reports from the pageant indicate she among other six contestants were dragged though rounds of competitive activities, as she repeatedly impressed patrons of the event. This was in series of sessions in Project Presentation, Talent Hunt, etc.
The 23-year old winner is set to embark on a health-related project as she prepares to reveals details soon. She indicates that she will make good use of the opportunity to affect lives.
By this enviable feat, the Pantang Nursing Training College student joins a growing list of young women who are using their inherent talents and skills to make a difference in society.
First and second runner ups were Franklina Bediako and Gloria Agyei respectively.
