Sarkodie addresses rumour on his affiliation with NPP

Sarkodie on his recent media run promoting his Mary album took time out to address issues including people’s assumptions he belonged to the NPP.

The Dumsor rapper taking about his relationship with Presidential Candidate Nana Akufo Addo told Okay FM;

“I don’t know him personally. So I can’t say he is my friend. I have met him but I cannot say he is my friend.”

Now scheming on ways to make his Mary album widely accepted, Sark revealed he had no presidential ambitions at the moment.

“No! I don’t have any presidential ambitions. But nothing is beyond the power of God.”

The When I Grow Up rapper at this stage of his Sackcess journey believes he is successful now. He answered in the affirmative when asked if he felt successful enough.

“Because I have fulfilled my heart desire and the numbers keep rising and more people keep falling in love with the Sark brand by the day.” He explained.

On President Mahama leaving him out of his favorite musicians list he opined;

“May be he missed my name because it can happen to anyone. May be he did not but even if he did, it’s his opinion and that doesn’t affect me any way. It’s not a problem at all.”
