National Organizer of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) Kofi Adams has assured of a massive turnaround in the fortunes of the country under the leadership of President John Dramani.
According to him, with the various developmental projects currently ongoing under President Mahama, the future of the country is very bright and hopeful for the youth.
Kofi Adams indicated on Okay Fm’s Ade Akye Abia Morning Show, that; “Ghana is under renovation just like an old house being renovated and so it is full of dirt which will take time to clean and look beautiful again after painting and decorations”.
He mentioned that with government laying 800 km fibre optics to provide internet support, Ghana will become like Dubai because to him President Mahama is taking time to gradually address all issues, but however, was certain those who think it is a mere talk will not see the transformation of Ghana under President Mahama.
Touching on some of the undergoing projects, Kofi Adams mentioned that the completion of the Circle and Kasoa Interchanges coupled with the various road constructions across the country will be a basis for investors to create jobs for the unemployed youth.
He again reminded that “when you look at the Kotoka International Airport arrival extension and the Tamale Airport construction, the Eastern Corridor road, Housing Projects at Prampram and schools, then you will see that Ghana has a bright future and if we continue like this, the country will progress tremendously”.
“This will make investors to open up more jobs for our youth to curtail the unemployment situation in the country,” Kofi Adams added.
He however admitted to the fact that government is worried that there is no space to employ but stressed President Mahama’s chain of projects in the country is geared towards creating more space to employ a lot more people.
Commenting on the NDC November 21, Parliamentary and Presidential Congress, Kofi Adams assured everything will go well for the party as there is peace and solid unity among the leadership of the party.
