Sisqo and Dru Hill coming to Ghana

Sisqo-at-Eden-620x413‘Back in the Day’ concert is an event uniquely powered by Empire Entertainment to celebrate music and everything else from the good old days.

It seeks to bring back energetic performances from artistes who used to top the charts back in those days, thus reliving their hay days in a grand style.

Since its inception, the first edition has to date, remained on the lips of many who term it as ‘the biggest and only throwback concert ever to happen in Ghana’.

With exciting performances from Slim Buster, Kontihene, Lord Kenya, Obrafour, Tic Tac, VIP, Keteke and Dogo, the night was nothing short of fantastic.

Others who wowed the over 3,000 attendees were Chicago, Ex Doe, Aberewa Nana, Sonni Achiba, TH4Kwages, T Blaze and Akatakyie.

With a huge success record of the first edition, Empire Entertainment followed it up with the second edition which saw the legendary American hip-hop acts, Naughty by Nature and our very own hiplife legends Reggie Rockstone and Obrafour, thrilled Ghanaians to great songs from their repertoire.

The big question is what happens this year? Fans should expect nothing less with the fast approaching third edition of ‘Back In the Day’ concert as American hip-hop group Dru Hill with its lead singer Sisqo get ready to give off every single pint of their energy on Saturday, December 19, 2015.

Also billed to perform at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) on Saturday, December 19, 2015 will be the magnificent duo Akatakyie and one big surprise act from Ghana.
