Asamoah Gyan’s Lawyer WANTED!

Asamoah-Gyan-almost-joined-GalatasarayLawyer for Black Stars player Asamoah Gyan, Kissi Agyabeng, is wanted by the Ministries Police Station for threatening the life of entertainment journalist Osarfo Anthony.

According to Nkonkonsa.com’s source, the incident happened on the 30th Nov, 2015 in front of circuit court 9 in Accra. Osarfo Anthony who is facing trial together with musician Ekow Micah, Sarah Kwabla and Chris Handler, for allegedly extorting money from Asamoah Gyan, was seated in front of Circuit Court 9 with his sister, Aunty, Sarah Kwabla, Sarah’s mother, and others waiting for their case to be called.

Celebrity lawyer, Dr. Maurice Ampaw – who is also the counsel for Osarfo, Sarah, and Ekow in the extortion case, came out from the court in which Ekow Micah was being trialed for illegal possession of weed and announced that Ekow has been acquitted and discharged.

Osarfo, together with his sister, Aunty, Sarah Kwabla, Sarah’s mother, Maurice Ampaw,

Maurice Ampaw’s secretary, and others, got up and started jubilating. Seeing Osarfo jubilating, Lawyer Kissi walked from the crowd and attempted slapping Osarfo. But for the timely intervention from a lady, lawyer Kissi would have assaulted Osarfo. In his teed off state, lawyer Kissi aggressively threatened; “You this guy, I will deal with you! I will deal with you properly! You will see!”

Per an audio available as evidence to Nkonkonsa.com, lawyer Kissi’s voice can be heard loud and clear spewing the exact lines. “But what has Osarfo done to him? Ahh but Osarfo has not mentioned his name or even looked at him! What is wrong with this lawyer?

“So Osarfo should not jubilate because he is Asamoah Gyan’s lawyer? Osarfo report him to the police; these guys are deadly!” are voices (spoken in Twi) of Osarfo’s sister, Aunty, Sarah, Sarah’s mother as witnesses captured in the audio recording of the scene.

Osarfo Anthony lodged official complaint of threat against his life at the Ministries Police Station on the same day (30th Nov, 2015). Osarfo and his Aunty – as witness have both written their statements at the police station. Sarah Kwabla, and more others who were at the scene, are also expected to visit the police station to also write their statements as witnesses.

Checks at the police station as at the time of going to press reveals that lawyer Kissi has not reported at the police station to write his statement for further investigation into the matter though the police have called him several times to report. The CID on the case as Nkonkonsa.com gathered is one Inspector Abu.

Nkonkonsa.com is following up on this case for more updates.
