Sekondi: Christmas casualties as T. Poly Student and other drown

drownTwo persons are feared drowned at the Albert Bosomtwe Sam Fishing Harbour in Sekondi.

The victims Bright Larbo, 22, a Student of the Takoradi Polytechnic and Nasiru Amoah, 24, a Welding Apprentice, all residents of Bakado, a Surburb of Sekondi reportedly went to the Beach in the company of a third person whose name was only given as BB to swim in the Afternoon of the Christmas Day, December, 25.

Hon Seidu Sango, Assembly Member of Ketan /Bakado tells www.233times.net says eye witnesses say they saw the three persons drowning but with the help of some revealers, one of them, BB was rescued but all efforts to save the other two didn’t materialised The police have since been informed whilst effort is still being made to retrieve the lifeless bodies of the two.
