Ghana Music Awards 2016: Nero X deserves New Artiste of the year award – Fans

If there is any new Artiste in Ghana who is making global impact, the name Nero X pokes every mind. Fans of the Artiste have started a serious lobby for the Takoradi born Singer to be considered as an obvious winner for the ‘New Artiste of the Year’ category in this year’s Ghana Music Awards.
Deep throat information gathered from the camp of Nero X has it that, the Artiste has filed nominations for this year’s New Artiste of the year, Best collaboration of the year, Male Vocalist of the year, popular song of the year and song for development categories.
The manager of Nero X, Albert Amartey confirmed the said categories to www.233times.net with the hope that his Artiste will win all. “We have worked hard last year. We played most shows in Ghana and Europe and I don’t think there is any new Artiste in Ghana currently who has been successful than my Artiste in the year under review. If the fans are saying he (Nero X) deserves New Artiste of the year, then the voice of the people is the voice of God” Nero X’s Manager’s response to fans calling for what his Artiste deserves.
In 2015, Nero X together with other giants like Obrafour, R2Bees and more were in Europe to play a gig. He also headlined a show in United Kingdom in the last months of 2015.
Nero X is the composer of ‘Ossey,’ ‘Nipa nua,’ ‘Handkerchief ft Tinny and Ayesem,’ ‘Nyame dadaw ft Teephlow’ etc. He was featured on more than 20 songs in 2015.
