I charge not less than GHc15,000 per show – Ohemaa Mercy

Ohemaa-Mercy-Heaven-will-fallMultiple award-winning gospel musician Ohemaa Mercy known privately as Mrs. Mercy Twum-Ampofo has disclosed her charges per show to Christian Agyei Frimpong on Onua FM on Accra.

The musician who recently released her sixth studio album, “Aforebo” through her manager, Ike revealed that she charges not less than Gh15,000. According to the manager who also doubles as the musician’s husband, even though the show determines the amount, she takes not less than the stated cash.

“It is not less than Gh15,000. We have one of the best 11 piece man band in the country. We’ve taken them as workers so we pay what is due them. We’ve a team that works on the brand Ohemaa Mercy and we pay them monthly as well. Aside these people, we have people who work on her 24/7 to make sure she gives out good music, great performances.

She also has doctors and other medical practitioners who checks on her health and many other things all to make the Ohemaa Mercy ministry strong and continue to win souls for Christ.

It depends on Ohemaa and where she is going but the least is Gh15,000” Ohemaa Mercy quickly added that “the amazing part of it is that, at times I do not charge for my performances but I sacrifice. There are so many churches that I have sacrificed to do it for them because of directions from God. So it is not all shows that I charge before I mount stage to perform. When it is a big event and a paid program, which is what we charge”.
