Ghana’s economic challenges can’t be solved by human ingenuity – Takoradi Omahen

ghana-2_0Omanhen of Takoradi Osahene Katakyi Busumankura III has observed that the economic challenges bedeviling the country will not be solved by human ingenuity but divine direction from God.

The outspoken Omanhen encouraged leaders of the country to consider putting God to the test in their quest to finding solutions to the country’s problems. Osahene Katakyi Busumankura III believes leaders of this country keep looking in the wrong places in seeking solutions to the country’s problems. He stated that it is time for a sense of redirection towards the path of seeking for solutions from God.

The Omanhen who is a fierce critic of “ungodly” practices in the traditional set up stated that Jesus has permeated the chieftaincy institutions causing what he termed “an awakening”. He said traditional leaders must allow Jesus to guide how they rule.

He admitted that already traditional leaders acknowledge the sovereign power of Jesus through the pouring of libation and encouraged them to seek him in a more dignifying way.
