A Dunkwa Circuit Court presided over by His Lordship Samuel Asare-Nyarko has Sentenced three persons to a total of 63-years imprisonment in hard labour for attempted robbery.
Each of the three persons; Francis Armah, Emmanuel Armah and Kwabena Nyarko will spend 21-years in prison. According to the prosecution, the accused persons were arrested by the Dunkwa District police when they attempted to rob a house occupied by a Chinese national at Attechem, a Suburb of Dunkwa-Offin in the Central Region.
The police retrieved a pump Action gun, Locally Manufactured pistol and cartridges from them.
Though the Convicts pleaded not guilty to their charges, the Court found them guilty and convicted them accordingly.
